Welfare State is one of the principal statements of European Union. Today, 8th of may 2015, Professor Miryam de la Concepción González, economist of the UNED, had explained who the European Institutions are developing new policies in terms of develop this Welfare State. A combination between member States and the European Unions is needed in terms of keeping this sign of identity characteristic of this big and great Community.
