New challenges for a country with the fastest growing economy within the West Africa Region\u00bb, <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Mr. Laurent<\/strong><strong> GUITTEY<\/strong> is currently a Project Manager in the International Organization for Migration (IOM) \u2013 Mission in Cote d\u2019Ivoire. He is leading several local and sub-regional projects focused on counter-trafficking, border management and migration issues.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He has participated in various seminars that enabled him to be an active member of Cote d\u2019Ivoire National Task Force to design the national policy of child protection in C\u00f4te d&#8217;Ivoire.<br \/>\nHe also has extensive experience in strategic and operational planning within the framework of protection and assistance projects for vulnerable people (mainly against human trafficking and child labor).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He has a Master of Arts in philology. He specialized at the University level in Guidance Counseling and Psychology. Moreover, he has a rich and solid experience in capacity building for the protection of vulnerable people, including children and migrants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mr Laurent Guittey is the Chief in\u00a0Cote d\u2019Ivoire of OIM\u00a0 <em>\u201cMigration and counter-trafficking issues in Cote d\u2019Ivoire.
