This course aims, within the framework of the analysis of biological molecules, for the students to become familiar with the techniques of extraction, purification and analysis of proteins most commonly used today, highlighting the usefulness of these in different types of studies, either basic or applied.<br \/>\nIn the course of Protein Methods, students will acquire theoretical and practical knowledge necessary for the use of current methods and experimental techniques related to protein analysis.
