Obtaining DNA, RNA and cDNA, and analysis of its quality.<br \/>\n<\/span><span title=\"- Dise\u00f1o de &quot;primers&quot; optimizados para realizar diferentes tipos de PCRs. \">&#8211; Design of \u00abprimers\u00bb optimized for different types of PCRs.<br \/>\n<\/span><span title=\"- Cuantificaci\u00f3n de la expresi\u00f3n g\u00e9nica gracias a las t\u00e9cnicas especiales de PCR, como PCR cuantitativa a tiempo real y de PCR digital. \">&#8211; Quantification of gene expression thanks to the special techniques of PCR, quantitative real-time PCR, and digital PCR.<br \/>\n<\/span><span title=\"- Realizaci\u00f3n de una genoteca representativa del genoma de un organismo, analizando previamente las ventajas e inconvenientes de los distintos tipos de vectores disponibles, \">&#8211; Making a library representative of the genome of an organism, previously analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the different available types of vectors.<br \/>\n<\/span><span title=\"- Nuevas metodolog\u00edas de secuenciaci\u00f3n masiva del DNA (NGS), sus caracter\u00edsticas y posibilidades.\">&#8211;
